Monthly package customers receive free delivery as part of the plan.
These are our usual delivery windows. Exact arrival time can vary slightly due to order volume, traffic or weather.
Monthly customers can choose their preferred delivery timing and meal combination while subscribing.
Pause or skip request must be informed at least 3 hours before the scheduled meal.
A skipped meal expires for that day. It is not carried forward, refunded or adjusted.
Subscription cancellation and refund are not available.
