01 · PLAN OPTIONS
Available Tiffin Plans
SHIVAY currently offers weekly and monthly tiffin subscriptions. The full confirmed package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Weekly Full Plan: ₹1,470 for 7 days.
Monthly Full Plan: ₹6,300 regular package price.
First eligible monthly subscription: ₹6,000, saving ₹300.
The ₹6,000 first-month offer does not repeat on renewal.
Lunch + Dinner is available as a meal combination, but its separate package price has not been finalized yet.
Breakfast-only, lunch-only or dinner-only subscriptions are not currently offered.
02 · DELIVERY TIMINGS
Meal Timings
Standard tiffin timing references are used for regular delivery. Monthly customers can choose preferred delivery timings, while weekly customers follow the standard schedule.

03 · MEAL SKIP
Skip Rules
A meal skip must be requested at least 3 hours before that meal's delivery time.
A skipped meal expires.
Skipped meals are not carried forward.
Skipped meals are not refunded or adjusted against future meals.
04 · PAUSE & RESUME
Pause Does Not Extend the Subscription
Pausing a subscription temporarily stops meal delivery, but it does not change the original subscription end date.
The original subscription end date remains unchanged.
Paused days expire and are not carried forward.
Paused days do not extend the subscription.
The subscription can resume only within its original subscription period.
05 · PAYMENT
Payment & Verification
The subscription checkout supports Cash on Delivery and manual UPI where available.
Cash on Delivery may remain payment-pending until collected or confirmed.
For manual UPI, the customer can provide a UPI reference and payment screenshot.
UPI payment proof is stored privately and linked to the subscription for verification.
A UPI payment remains under verification until an authorized admin verifies it.
06 · RENEWAL
Monthly Renewal
Renewal creates a new subscription period after the current one. The first-month promotional price does not repeat.
Monthly renewals use the regular ₹6,300 package price.
The ₹6,000 first-month offer is only for the first eligible monthly subscription.
A renewal has its own start date, end date and payment status.
07 · SUBSCRIPTION STATUS
Lifecycle & History
A subscription can move through lifecycle states such as pending, active, paused, completed, expired or cancelled. Customer history remains visible in the account area.
Pending subscriptions are waiting for activation or the required processing step.
Active subscriptions are currently running.
Paused subscriptions temporarily stop delivery but keep the original end date.
Completed, expired or cancelled subscriptions remain available in subscription history.
Cancelling a subscription changes its lifecycle status; this policy does not promise an automatic refund.
08 · DELIVERY
Delivery Rules
Sunday delivery is included in the tiffin plan.
Monthly Full Tiffin Plan includes free delivery.
Weekly tiffin follows the standard delivery arrangement.
Delivery remains subject to the active SHIVAY service area and the delivery address provided by the customer.
09 · CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Subscription Management
Signed-in customers can use Account → Subscriptions to view subscription details and history.
View current and previous subscriptions.
See payment method and payment status.
See subscription dates and selected meal combination.
View live meal-delivery progress where available.
Use available skip or renewal actions according to the current subscription state.
Important
SHIVAY does not display an invented price for any package that has not been finalized. If a plan or meal combination does not show a confirmed package price, contact SHIVAY before subscribing.
