Depending on how you use the website, SHIVAY may use the following information:

Account information such as your name, email address and authenticated customer identity.

Contact information such as mobile number and delivery address.

Food-order information including selected items, quantities, totals, payment method and delivery details.

Tiffin-subscription information including plan, selected meals, delivery timings, subscription dates, payment status and customer notes.

Manual UPI information such as the UPI reference entered by the customer and the uploaded payment proof used for verification.

Order and subscription activity required for tracking, delivery progress, skips, pauses, renewals and customer history.

To operate administrative, kitchen and delivery workflows required to fulfil your order or subscription.

03 · PAYMENTS

Payment & UPI Proof

The website currently supports Cash on Delivery and manual UPI where available. For a tiffin subscription paid through UPI, the customer may submit a UPI reference and payment screenshot. The payment proof is stored privately and linked to the relevant subscription for authorized verification.

SHIVAY does not display uploaded UPI proof publicly on the customer website.

04 · SECURITY

Account & Data Protection

Customer account, order and subscription flows use authenticated access. Administrative operations are handled through authorized server-side tools. Sensitive server credentials are not exposed in the customer browser.

Customer-specific account data is accessed through signed-in account flows.

Private payment-proof files are accessed only through authorized verification workflows.

Order and subscription updates are handled through server-side actions and protected database access.

Customers should keep their own login credentials and device access secure.

05 · ACCESS & SHARING

Who May Access Information

Customer information may be accessed by authorized SHIVAY staff when required to operate the service, such as admin, kitchen or delivery workflows. The website also relies on cloud infrastructure necessary to store and operate account, order and subscription data.

The public website does not expose customer order history, subscription history or private UPI proof to other customers.

06 · STORAGE & HISTORY

Order and Subscription Records

The website keeps order and subscription records so customers can view their history and SHIVAY can operate delivery, payment, renewal and support workflows. Records may continue to appear in customer history after an order is delivered or a subscription is completed, expired or cancelled.

07 · WEBSITE STORAGE

Browser & Local Website Settings

Some website preferences and business-display settings may use browser storage so the interface can remember information between visits. Authentication and cloud data are handled separately from simple browser display preferences.

Your Account Information

Use the Account area to review customer-facing profile, order and subscription information available to you.

Use the website's address/profile settings where available to update customer information.

Contact SHIVAY if you believe account, order or subscription information needs correction.

Do not upload payment screenshots or personal information that is unrelated to the payment or service request.
